PORTSMOUTH — The medical-marijuana industry in Rhode Island has been marked by constant flux, forcing Greenleaf Compassion Care Center, one of the state’s three medical-marijuana dispensaries, to be flexible.Some of the changes have been to the company’s benefit, such as a provision that allows the dispensaries to sell to individuals with out-of-state medical-marijuana cards.
