The state’s Cannabis Control Commission approved Thursday the sale of New England Treatment Access, NETA, and its marijuana shops in Northampton and Brookline to a deep-pocketed national operator in the nation’s fledgling recreational marijuana industry.The unanimous vote came during a regular monthly meeting of the Commission in the State House in Boston. The approval is contingent on a review of the finances of the buyer and its marketing and advertising plan.
